What is GDPR?

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new EU wide law that all clubs (and businesses) who hold members' personal data need to comply with. It supersedes the Data Protection Act 1998, and is effective from 25th May 2018.


Is the XR Owners Club fully compliant with GDPR?

Yes


As a current (or former) club member, do I need to do anything?

No. The processes utilised by the club for record, storing, and using your data won't be changing. However, we do strongly encourage you to read the club's GDPR policy statement, using the weblink below.
