Booking Arrangements for Ford Fair

XROC stand.

Ford Fair this year is on 3rd August at Silverstone and the booking arrangements for Ford Fair are as they were for last year however, to ensure that we can return the booking form as soon as it arrives thus (hopefully) ensuring a prime stand position, we are asking that you apply for your ticket(s) and car pass(es) ASAP and certainly NO LATER THAN 21st JUNE. Also as last year, there will be the general XROC stand and the XR4 Register stand. If you wish to be on the XR4 Register stand, then please contact Bhav Thaker, the XR4 Register Secretary.

Advance tickets are £11 per person (not per car). This is the price that the club is being charged so again this year, there is nothing added on as profit for the club but due to the large number of people that didn't turn up last year, the deposit system will remain so we will also require a £5 deposit refundable to you on the day if you turn up. Children under 14 are free. Access to the club stand can only be had through advance ticket purchase....no stand access on the day. The "on the day gate price" of £16 per person will only get you in NOT your car.

To book your ticket(s) and car pass(es) for the general XROC stand at Ford Fair, post your request to Tom Bowman-Vaughan at XROC HQ, 9, Cope Place, Earls Court Road, Kensington, London W8 6AA marking the envelope "Ford Fair". Please say how many people tickets and car passes you require and enclose one cheque for this amount. Also enclose a second cheque for £5 as the deposit. The second cheque will be returned to you on the day when you sign in....if you don't sign in, then it will be banked. Please also enclose an A5 stamped and self addressed envelope for the tickets and car pass to be sent out to you (A5 is the same size as the club magazine!). All cheques should be made payable to "The XR Owners Club". Please quote your club membership in all correspondence as well as putting it on the back of your cheques..

XR4 Register stand.

Those wishing to be on the XR4 Register stand should contact Bhav Thaker either on the XR4 Register phone number 07973 294068 or by e-mail to bhav@xr4register.com to check on booking/payment arrangements.

Any questions about Ford Fair arrangements please either contact your local Branch Secretary or phone Club Chairman Tom Bowman-Vaughan and finally, please remember, to be on the XR Owners Club stand you will need to be a fully paid up member of the XR Owners Club at the time of the show and as this is a high profile event, only XRs and Supersports shall be on the XROC stand.
